Goosedale is home to many lavish events and weddings throughout the year. I believe their emphasis on providing quality service and delicious food in beautiful surroundings is why they are so successful. The majority of events and weddings Iíve had the pleasure of being part of have been in the Ivory Suite. Our starlit dancefloors coupled with our venue mood lighting, look stunning in this room.

Cancer Research Anunal Charlity Ball, 18th May 2013 at Goosedale
Iíve decided to mention this particular event because not only does it show how diverse our events are but more importantly a lot of money was raised for such a worthy cause. I met with the event organises a few months prior to the event to discuss their requirements. We agreed on a timeline of events for the evening as they had other entertainment lined up, including a mobile casino.
After a drinks reception with canapÈs, the guests were invited into the Ivory Suite where they enjoyed a delicious four course meal. Speeches and a fun interactive auction followed before the evening entertainment started. Wow, what an energetic crowd! From the first to the last song everybody was on their feet dancing the night away. At the end of the evening, I offered to auction my services to the highest bidder ñ needless to say, that raised over £2,000 alone for Cancer Research.
